Touchstar Luxury Cinemas, a well-respected name in the movie theater industry, has secured the site for Poinciana’s first-ever movie theater, Phase 2 of Poinciana Towne Center on Doverplum Avenue, situated just north of the current Walmart Supercenter. The Orlando-based company finalized the purchase for approximately $3.4 million on June 14.
